I was very pleased with the service I received from Chuck. He knew immediately what the problem was with the new smoke alarm that was installed when ElectraMedic upgraded my service and was able to correct it. I had also purchased a new dryer that required a different wall outlet that he replaced for me. He was very pleasant while he worked and made sure everything was cleaned up and I was satisfied. At the time ElectraMedic upgraded my service and panel, they had left an unsightly foam filled hole in my brick wall. When I showed it to him he said he would fix it. He came back several days later and did repair my brick to satisfaction. He did everything he could to accommodate me and was very pleasant.

I was a bit disturbed after Brandon had come out to do the initial inspection and work, and after asking if he could return to finish because he had a personal commitment, he didn't return. He didn't contact me to explain, but left it to the receptionist to tell me when she called to say that Josh would be out in 30 minutes! Josh did a fine job, but Brandon had really stressed the "Family-owned business , we'll take care of you" bit.
