Mike and his assistant were very knowlegeable and personable. The issue was uncovered in about 5 minutes after I explained what was going on. Mike and his assistant fixed the problem, checked my electrical panel as a courtesy and outlined other services provided by ElectraMedics based on my issue. With all of the craziness that goes on in this world, I was made to feel very comfortable and safe in my home. If I ever I need further assistance, I hope Mike returns to do the work.
