The entire experience was very satisfactory from calling to make the appointment to follow up. The price for the service was quoted before the work was conducted and when additional parts were needed, I was told what was needed and why. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to call for back-up when it turned out that my situation was unusual. I would use the service again and recommend them to family and friends.

The job was a full service upgrade (bringing the house up to code) and adding three new circuits. I talked to Dan on Thursday afternoon and he started the job the next morning. There was a lot of work to do--moving the meter, running the new mains wires through the roof, replacing the ancient circuit breaker box, and reconnecting all those wires--and it was done so much faster than I'd expected! Also, I got to ask all the questions I wanted; Dan patiently and completely answered them all and let me watch some of the work--I never felt left out of the loop.

He performed a complete home electrical inspection then thoroughly explain what needed to be done, how long it would take and exactly how much the work required would cost.
