Always on time and always professional. I see no reason to ever use anyone else!
Still waiting for refund ($129) of the occupancy switch.
I am a regular customer of Electramedics, so obviously I think highly of their service.
Michael was very friendly and worked quickly to get our problem fixed so that we wouldn't be without electricity for more than a day. He came back to finish up and then performed the inspection for us. He carefully explained everything on the "need to do list" and talked with us about spacing the work out over time if necessary. In all that he did, we felt like he was "on our side" and doing everything he could to help us out. (Unlike other companies who seem only motivated by making money). I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need done.
I must say that this company's service is exceptional. The are sensitive to the customers time. When they say they will call you one hour before your appointment they mean it. Each time they called they were either on the one hour mark or they were early. When I had an issue with the service, the response was immediate and corrected with the same kind and friendly service. I will use this company again.
The service was excellent but I think your price is too high.
Since you have requested my opinion many, many times, I will share my experience. I was not pleased. I had a relatively minor problem with an outdoor circuit. After a lengthy discussion, the first estimate I had was for a complete service upgrade for $8994. Declining that, my second option was a panel replacement and grounding for $2754. I have had several licensed electricians work on this house over the years, and have never heard that I needed this (even as recently as this Summer). Finally we got to the problem I called about. That would cost $709 to replace four outlets, a breaker and to replace outdoor covers. The original job of adding the circuit, digging a trench for the cable, and doing the whole job cost $900 about four years ago. I finally went with a solution that zeroed in on the exact problem for $560 (before my voucher was applied). After the job was completed, it turns out that the actual problem was the pump that was plugged in to the outlet, and not the outlet at all! Yes, my circuit was upgraded, but it was not necessary. I had no problem with the technicians. They were polite, professional and it appears that they did good work. They seem to be pushed by a corporate policy that left me with a bad taste. I felt as if I was being "up sold", and it took awhile to get back down to earth and attempt to solve my problem. I also did not like the company policy of "by the job" pricing. I would like to know how much is parts and how much is labor. I fully realize that professional services are expensive, and I make no attempt to always go with the lowest bidder. I gave you a try because of the Angie's list deal, and I must say I was disappointed.
It's great to have found a company that is fair and stands behind their work.
Excellent service Thomas arrived on time completed the work in a timely manner. Explained everything in detail.
Chris and Brandon from Electramedics were great. Very professional, polite, punctual and detail oriented. They recommended electrical services as they came across them and explained why they were important. The pricing is reasonable. We will definitely call them again when we need them.
Great job by these guys. I will definitely call them for all my electrical needs.
These guys showed up on time. They had to inspect the breaker box as a professional and legal requirement and told me what I already knew....I need a new box. But that's not why they were here. They installed a power drop in the ceiling of a room for a fan and did a great job.
They were efficient and knowledgeable. It was great to not haggle over prices. Definitely plan on using them again.
