I so value that Dan provided us with valuable information that will cost us more in the short run but save us big headaches in the future. I appreciate that he focuses on the long-term solutions not the quick fix we had asked for. I know this is a plumber I can trust and will use for many years and refer others to as well. He addressed three problems for us today. It was less than $100 and there will be a return visit to install a new toilet. I originally found him through Angie's List - very highly rated.

I had an ejector pump fail with some water in my basement. I called AHS at 8:15pm and the owner, Dan Cox, actually answered! I asked if he could be at my home the next day, and he was there at 8:00am. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed for a fair price and I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend AHS Plumbing.

Dan arrived on time with a big smile. He is a real pro and very easy to chat with. He explains plumbing stuff with care and makes sure the customer is satisfied with what he is proposing. And he knows his stuff. He completed the job quickly and made sure I had full understanding of what he did. He even reminded me to be sure to register my new disposal. Thanks to Dan!!

I was appreciative of Dan's willingness to fix the sump pump he installed less than a year ago, without charge. The original installation seemed kind of expensive, but I felt better about paying the price after he made it right when the pump's alarm malfunctioned. So I would call the price average, or 3 stars. Convenience was average because Dan didn't show for the first two appointments to fix the pump, though the first was explained well because he said his partner's wife was giving birth to a baby with some urgency. I appreciate that he came on a Saturday and was willing to come at 5 pm on a weekday.
