For some reason I was not called promptly with an ETA for services, but once Peter arrived, he quickly surveyed the problem and provided a "best priced" solution. By that I mean he could have replaced more pipes and valves without my even knowing it. He was very honest and professional. I am rating my experience with respect to convenience "below average" only because it was 4.5 hrs after my initial call before I got a call back which meant I had to put off some errands I would have otherwise completed. I did receive an apology and the actual service was excellent.
