My main sewer was backing up when they got here in the morning, and by the afternoon, they had replaced my entire sewer line all the way to the city main, using their great-efficient technology. Sergio's fine, but his boss, Brandon, is not. He had an argument with my wife that brought her to tears. Brandon also lied to me several times, as did Sergio, but I think Sergio was just being overly optimistic and trying to please the customer, whereas Brandon flat-out lied. At the end of the day, I spent $11,700 to have the line between my yard and the street main replaced. Yeah, the work needed to be done, but it didn't need to cost that much. I was told that I could have had it done for $7000. I have a good plumber, but he was busy, so I called these guys, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
