Plug-in cut off the pump and wired to the furnace. Condensation pump miss wired in furnace. Straighten up wire in furnace pump works as it should. Vacuumed all the water out of emergency drain pan.
I arrived and found the furnace power switch had been turned off. I turned the switch on and the furnce cycled on correctly in heat mode. I confirmed proper air flow out of the supply vent and made sure the flue pipe was venting out of the roof. I have the thermostat set to heat mode at 63 degrees like the last property. The system is currently heating correctly.
I performed a 2 system cooling inspection on two heatpumps one is in the attic and one into the craw space I checked the blower motor and all the low voltage on both systems and blew out and treated the drain lines . I checked the compaster and the Freon level on the out door system and washed them off the filter size is 20x25x1 for bough system they are running and operating like they should be.
Had to install Honeywell t6 thermostat. Carrier thermostat sent would not control the equipment at the house correctly. Installed Honeywell t6 thermostat,programmed and tested system

During today’s visit, found conflicting information. The downstairs unit is a 3 ton system, not a 2 ton system. The upstairs system is the 2 ton system. In the customers notes, the customer stated the downstairs system was having a problem and not blowing cooler. The control board was ordered for the upstairs 2 ton system. However, when I performed a functionality check on both systems, they both operate in cool mode normally at this time. I do not believe the repair should be made at this time due to the fact that both systems are functioning normally at this time. I am sending an email to service, which will state for us to hang onto the defrost board, and should the customer experience any future issues with either system, to give us a call immediately and have us come out to revisit. There will be no charge for today’s visit.
Has bad defrost board on main level 2 ton system. Customer filled out ACH form. Will be ordering defrost board kit from Apex po# s-tinahollis-12

Checked operations the drain was clogged, I blew out the drain and checked everything to make sure system was operating normally and everything is working like it should. Wants to sign up for maintenance but has not received maintenance form.
