I completed a single system maintenance. I left 1-20x30x1 filter with customer ,filter was recently replaced. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and heat strips. I checked safties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. I checked the amp draw and capacitor on the outdoor unit. I checked charge and confirmed proper operation of the defrost cycle. System is currently operating at manufacturers specifications.
Perform cooling inspection on air Handler inside attic, tree of the drain line check the blower amps and changed the filter. Performed inspection on outdoor condensing unit, checked refrigerant, checked fan and compressor amps, checked capacitor, rinsed unit off. Unit is performing as it should at this time.
Performed inspection and maintenance on one indoor attic heat pump unit, and one outdoor condenser unit. Treated drain line, and checked filter. Customers filter did not need to be changed at this time, so replacement filters were left with the customer. Checked blower amperage. Checked heat strips. Checked outdoor unit fan motor amperage and capacitor. Condenser coils are clean. Performed functionality check of the unit. System performs normally at this time.
