Performed single system heat maintenance 4 20x20x2 filters were new cleaned flame sensor and pressure tubes tested all electrical components and connections all systems oper Properly at this time customer states lobby has high air flow and stays cold recommended relocating thermostat to lobby near return to allow system to properly condition this area also please note thermostat was set to cool mode upon arrival
I completed a single system heating maintenance. I replaced 1-16x25x1 filter. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and inducer motor. I cleaned the flame sensor and checked the igniter. I checked safeties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. The system is currently heating at manufacturers specifications.
8 system Commercial PM 2nd visit- Checked heating operations of all package systems. Replaced 2-20x35x2, 4-2025x2, 1-18x25x1, 4-20x25x2, 2-20x20x2, 2-15x20x2,1-14x25x2, 4-20x25x2, 2-15x20x2, 1-14x25x2, 20x35x2, 4-20x35x2, 12-20x25x2, 1-18x25x1, 2-20x20x2, 4-15x20x2, and 2-14x25x2 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. Systems are operating properly at this time. Roof access in the back Need to bring 2-A36 belts, AX36 belt, BX50 belts next visit
Installed one supply grill 4 x 10. Install one return grill 14 x 20.
Filter was stuck in with masking. Pool filter out. Make sure filter will come in and out.

Warranty install. We need to come back to install grills and smart thermostat now that the Sheetrock work is completed is the basement. We installed a basement system for the customer.

I installed the high limit switch and did a maintenance on a one system gas furnace I looked at all the low voltage blower motor and cleaned the flam sensor off and changed the 16x25x1 filter system is running and operating like it should be at this time
The high limit switch is bad and needs to be replaced temporarily fixed it for they could have heat for right now
Performed single system, one time maintenance. Replaced 16 x 25 x 5 filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected electrical connections and components. Treated return with lemon, scented sanitizer and wiped down surfaces. Also added sanitizer to the condensate pump. Used garden hose to wash grass from outside unit. Inspected thermostat operation. Unit is operating properly. Filter was very dirty and technician recommends replacing filter more often. A dirty filter will cause a lack of performance..
