During today’s visit, performed inspection and maintenance on one attic air handler, one basement furnace, one basement air handler, and two outdoor heat pump units. Inspected flue pipe and ductwork for leaks. Inspected functionality of auxiliary heat strips on both air handlers. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and coil compartments on both air handlers. inspected all blower amp draws. Inspected all blower capacitors. changed all filters except for the basement system filter which did not need to be changed at this time. inspected temperature heat rise for all systems. Inspected both outdoor heat pump. Electrical components. All systems are functioning normally at this time.
On arrival, furnace is lit and operating. Technician furnace at thermostat. Observed furnace shut down and start up. Replaced 16 x 25 by one filter that was quite dirty. Furnace/system is extremely old and it is possible that a dirty evaporator coil is restricting airflow enough to cause the furnace to over temperature especially with a dirty filter. Furnace is operating at this time, although replacement would be recommended just because of age and condition.
Performed 1 system heating maintenance. I replaced the 20x25x4 media filler checked the compaster, blower motor amperage cleaned the flame sensor System is clean and operating properly.
Customer states system not heating upon inspection found heat strips not operating tested amp drawl and voltage both were absent inside cabinet located a splice in the wiring and low voltage circuit controlling the heat mode was disconnected reconnected splice and heat kit began proper operation tested system in heat mode and auxiliary mode system is now operating properly
Warranty- Customer stated a noise with the upstairs Lennox Heat pump, after inspection I did find it a little overcharged. System called for a 304psi head pressure and it was surpassing 350psi. I recovered about 2lbs and system is now working properly. I also mentioned the defrost cycle. Pics uploaded. (We just replaced the evap coil this past summer)
Member no fee- Customer stated that regular heat mode on Main level thermostat was not present for the duel fuel system. Upon arrival all modes were present and system is currently working. Made customer aware the smart thermostat will not kick in the heat pump with the outside temperature below 35 degrees and it will only kick on the backup gas furnace. I also changed the extremely dirty 16x25x5 filter (customer provided). Pics uploaded

Performed 2 system heat maintenance both 16x25x4 filters were new checked electrical components and connections inspected flu and gas lines as well as overall condition of systems all systems operating properly at this time
I performed a heat maintenance on two gas furnace. I looked at all the low voltage and check the blower motor amperage, cleaned the flame sensor also the homeowner changed the filters already. Everything is operating and heating the house like it should be
Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Replaced 2-16x25x1 filters. Upstairs furnace clean and performing properly. The main floor furnace has a bad gas valve not allowing furnace to light up and heat. Will be making estimate for gas valve replacement.
Main floor thermostat losing power off and on, it does come back on after being messed with. Gave customer price for thermostat and customer decided to get a nest thermostat to match the others. When customer has new Nest thermostat she will be calling to schedule return visit to do heat maintenance and replace thermostat.
Straighten ecobee thermostat for main level and collect for one month monthly that was missed.
Performed maintenance on all three systems. Replaced all three filters two pieces 16 x 20 x 1 and one 16 x 25 x 1. Cleared and treated condensate drain lines and pumps with chlorinated tablets. Inspected electrical connections and components as well as refrigerant levels. Cleaned outdoor condensing coils. Also replaced defrost control board for upstairs system outdoor unit. After replacing defrost control board, technician tested system operations and unit is now operating properly.
Replace upstairs Lennox air handler Evaporator coil under manufacture warranty until October 2023
Connected breaker for the upstairs Rheem AC that construction guys unplugged for they’re power tools. System is now working properly. 2-16x25x5, pics uploaded. Made customer aware to change the filters every week during construction. Customer also wants a quote on a humidifier for the main level system.
