Filter is a 20 x 20 x1. Change filter. Clean drain. Check all electronic components. checked all three zone dampers. All three test fine. Checked amps on heat strip and blower motor. Both test fine. found heat pump with no refrigeration. Found crack in elbow to low pressure switch. Repaired crack In line. I added 10 pounds for 410a. Everything covered under warranty. Vacuum down to 500 µm. Heat pump performing as it should.

I arrived and completed a one system heating maintenance from prior visit. I wasn’t able to get an answer at the door, I called and left a message since it is a package unit. I cleaned the burner compartment,igniter and flame sensor. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and inducer motor. I confirmed proper flame and sequence of operation. Customer was given 1-20x25x1 filter ,they replace it themselves. The system is currently heating at manufacturer specifications. It started to rain so I was not able to get pictures, I had to hurry up to get the van turned around before I got stuck in the driveway again.

Found system frozen due to clogged up evaporator coil. Found a coffee filter bad and old hair stuck to the coil. I cleaned the coil and flushed the coil/ drain pan. System pressures and air flow improved. System is currently cooling the house.

Warranty found filter door left off by me on first visit when I performed the cooling maintenance. Charge on both systems are with in manufacture requirements and system are running correctly. System could not keep up with it pulling in hot attic air.

Customer signed ach form for the upstairs and main floor systems. Customer recently replaced both 16x20x5 media filters. Main floor outdoor unit has a bad condenser fan motor. Upstairs unit was frozen, after unit thawed and coil cleaned I found the unit low on refrigerant. I estimated 2 pounds low of 410a. I completed two system cooling maintenance. Checked all electrical components,cleared drain lines,cleaned coils on both units and checked charge on upstairs unit. I will get with the supply house Monday for condenser fan motor availability and will send an estimate for labor on fan motor and leak search options. Customer got one pound for free being a maintenance member.

Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Found supply in master closet is sweating condensation and condensation line in attic sweating condensation. I insulated the p trap and section of condensation line close to the attic pull down. Found grill condensating due to remodel work being done and the subfloor has been removed. Humid crawl space air making contact with the cold supply grill is causing condensation. I did check in the attic , all checked supply boots are not wrapped with insulation all the way down. All boots are are insulated by the cellulose blow in insulation. The one supply boot is the only on sweating. Customer is going to make repairs to the subfloor and will monitor the supply for condensation build up after they make repairs. Customer signe.
