Arrived on time and listened to my problems. Started checking out my two units. Added some Freon and adjusted blower speed. Confirmed adjustments worked to my satisfaction. Now my house is cool and comfortable. Very glad they service my new home.

3 system CCM- Checked heating operations of Basement 2022 Rheem, 2022 Main level Rheem and 2016 Master Rheem heat pumps and air handlers. Replaced 14x20x1, 2-16x20x1 filters (BRING 2-16X20X5 FILTERS NEXT VISIT), Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat, Triggered safety switches and defrost modes, Checked delta T, and cleared drain lines. I completed a two system heating maintenance. I replaced 1-18x18x1 ,1-14x14x1 and 1- 20x25x5 media filter. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and heat strips for upstairs unit. I cleaned the flame sensor and igniter on the main floor system. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor for main floor. I checked the refrigerant charge, these defrost cycle and checked all electrical components on upstairs heat pump. I checked all safeties and confirmed proper sequence of operation. Both systems are currently heating at manufacturers specifications.

Replaced reversing valve for 2020 right side Rheem heat pump, vacuumed system and added 6lbs of refrigerant. System is now working properly, 20x20x1 pics uploaded. Part is still under manufacture warranty so labor plus refrigerant was only charged. 1yr warranty on labor but not on refrigerant.
Reversing valve has leak at brass body. Unit has no refrigerant. Refrigerant was used for leak search. Photos as well as a video of the leak have been uploaded. Estimate has been created and sent to the customer. Our office will schedule a return visit for installation of the reversing valve once we have received it.
Performed maintenance on both HVAC systems in the home. Replaced 16 x 20 x 5 filter for living room/left side of house. Replaced two pieces of 14 x 14 x 1 filters for the master bedroom and upstairs bonus room system. Both of the systems are currently operating properly. However, there has been an issue with the upstairs bathroom, resulting in the removal of sheet rock and insulation to the attic. The home owner had to personally put a plastic as a barrier to hold in the heat. Now that the plastic is in place things have improved somewhat however, their systems are most definitely operating significantly more than they normally would, if the insulation and sheet rock were in place.
Warranty customer has parts and labor. Last maintenance and filter change was performed October. Filter is 1 inch and today was dirty enough to restrict airflow and cause the furnace to reach the high limit at times. Replaced filter 16 x 25 x 1 and testing system operations. Customer would like recommendations for duct cleaning company as well as estimate for filter change only in between maintenance visits.
