Customer has had Sheetrock ceiling put in but none of the ducts were strapped to ceiling so they fell when drop tile ceiling was removed. Customer was charged for the Sheetrock company having to hang them. Told customer we could’ve installed different boots for the Sheetrock ceiling but the Sheetrock company is coming back today to finish the ceiling, so we can’t get it done before they arrive.
Completed- I replaced the indoor txv ,pressure tested the system and pulled a deep vacuum. I started the system up and adjusted the charge to factory requirements.
