Spring tune up on one residential A/C unit
Found system not cooling. Saw system low on R-22. Added 3lbs to system and system started cooling.
Installed Ultra-Aire whole house dehumidifier and Honeywell IQ air management control system.
Preformed Fall safety heater inspection on one furnace. Tested and treated drain lines, checked all electrical connections and amp draws. Measured temperature rise and static pressure. No gas leaks or carbon monoxide detected.
Customer had drain pan with water, tested drain line to make sure main drain was not backed up and water was draining correctly. Found evaporator coil not sealed. Sealed the coil with mastic tape.
Preformed ac inspection on one Amana ac system. Tested drain lines and added pvc cleaner to prevent build up. Checked amp draws and all electrical connections. Measured refrigerant pressures using superheat and subcool method. Washed outdoor unit.
