I called at a quarter till 8 last night with my house at 80 degrees and a big important meeting this morning. I thought I can't stay here I was going to get a hotel. I called and Travis on the phone was very nice said no problem we'll get somebody. And I may be kind of thought oh yeah sure heard that before. Pretty soon Todd calls and says I'm in Medicine Lodge I'll be there in 45 minutes I said I hate to see you come and like that. He made me feel very comfortable he came he worked on my stuff and by 10 I was up and running on cool. A few months ago Dustin put in the new hot water heater for me from Eck Electric... and I was so impressed with him. I have never ever had a company respond and do so well... So thank you Todd and Dustin for both making me feel comfortable and taking care of in the most kind way... Eck Electric rocks big time
