We had asked Home Energy Experts for a quote. Nick came out to our house right on time. He was extremely courteous and very conscientious. He had gloves on and put booties over his shoes when he came in. The review he did was very thorough, even uncovering issues our home inspection missed. We have not received the quote yet, so I cannot give an accurate rating on price.
Brandon gave us some really good service turning our old fireplace into one that works and looks like new. He did a great job. The only bad part was a switch needed to be replaced and he charged us $50 to install it. I could have done it for free. Lol! I picked it up for him at Home Depot and should have said something but didn’t want to act like I was nickel and diming you. Brandon was great though, he was pleasant and we were very comfortable with him. He did a super job fixing our fireplace and we are so happy with it now. Thank you!
Called to say he'd be 20 minutes late, and then arrived as stated.
very happy with the company and service and the people they send out to inspect.
Pleasant, polite, thorough, went over all work prior to starting Haven't compared prices

Upon arrival homeowner informed me that they kept hearing a squealing noise coming from the air return so he changed filters and it never changed the noise, went into attic and found that the (WHEEL) on blower motor on the shaft was not touching the housing but actually spinning on the bracket that holds the fins mounting support that’s connected to set bolt. Going to follow up tomorrow once I get price and availability on new blower motor (WHEEL) and/or if they have any warranties considering the unit is only three years old........ they do understand if they have a parts warranty that they will have to pay for labor and if not parts and labor. Also can’t guarantee that the blower motor won’t work correctly with new squirrel cage (WHEEL) because of bearing issues due to the failure with the failed squirrel cage. Any questions please call Brandon 602-736-3077
Upon arrival found blower motor running but nothing on the condenser outside running, I found a failed dual capacitor. Replaced 50/5 compressor and OD fan capacitor and everything turned on normally. Checked filter and tenant just replaced it. Checked amp draws on blower motor 8.1 and checked blower capacitor R:10 A:9.9. Checked static pressure R: .22" S: .35" w.c.. Checked amp draws on compressor 14.1 and OD fan 1.3. Checked volts and resistance across contactor and found very high resistance with burnt contacts. Recommended replacing contactor and homeowner wants to wait. Will follow back up in a few weeks to do complete Maintenance on system!

Came out here today to build an estimate on changing the pellet stove out for a gas fireplace. They are undecided on what they actually want to do fireplace wise so she is going to have more feedback for me for tomorrow. Sounds like we are going to be building an estimate for a C 30 for fireplace, running a 91 foot gas line, and doing some reframing to accommodate our fireplace.I have all the information necessary and will build an estimate once she lets me know that’s what they decide upon
