No cool air Upon arrival I turned the thermostat on at which point blower motor kicked on, I went outside and verified condenser was on as well. Further inspection I little to no air coming out of the vents Found extremely dirty filters which were causing airflow restriction. I removed the coil door and found the entire coil to be a block of ice. This explains the lack of cool air and airflow Explained to customer that dirty filters caused this issue and that Ac can’t be ran for up to 36 hours to ensure that all ice melted. After Ice has melted unit should resume to normal operation. Furnace is very dirty and old. I recommend an annual maintenance on unit as well as the air conditioner.
