Having your A/C break is not a thing people tend to enjoy, and my experience with it was no better. I worried about my family's comfort, what it would cost to fix, how long it would take and if the technicians would be better looking than me. I worried for nothing, except that last part; I think I may have caught my wife admiring our technician Derons' beard once or twice. Once I got Metro Express on the phone, they sprang into action and by the next afternoon all my worries were over. From first contact to final walkthrough Randy and his team truly made us feel like our problem was their problem and they were dead set on making it go away quickly; they made us feel like family. There is no better feeling than knowing someone has your back when things go sideways, and Metro Express had ours.
