Norman is extremely good at his job. Not only that, he does not mind doing 'whatever' is needed to be done. Norman and Carlos were very easy to work with, explained things on our level. Both have wonderful personalties. Keep them both, permanently!!!!!!!!!!! Price wise, I would have liked to pay less, $19,000+ is a chunk of change.
