I originally contacted Romano Bros. for a service call on my Furnace because we were without heat. I explained to them that we had young children and the house was cold. No questions asked and they were out to our home working on the unit within the hour. Fast forward 2 weeks of constant Monitoring and 4 more visits by their Tech Matt Cavanaugh, we had exhausted all options to salvage the current Furnace. It was time to look at options to buy a new Furnace. These guys did every thing they could before we got to this point, but the Furnace was 25+ years old!
