Beautiful ocean view condominium inspection. Several safety items: garage door sensors, GFCI upgrades, fire door closing devices need adjustment or are missing. Elevated moisture was found in the ceiling and near the hall shower.
An original wood shake or wood shingled roof is probably going to be at the end of its useful life. Most insurance companies will not insure a home with a wood shake or shingle roof or the policy will b very expensive. Wood shake and wood shingled homes are prone to being a higher fire risk and these types of roofs should be evaluated and replaced by a licensed roof contractor.
