Completed maintenance on two AC units in a beautiful home in Weston florida, both system are 11 years old and are RUUD systems. We do recommend replacement because they are out of warranty and have had repairs in the past already, these systems will continue to break down.
Completed service call on Rheem AC system in Weston Florida, Drain line was backed up. Cleaned and flushed the pan & drain line and treated drain system with drain solve. Let system run while checking operation and confirmed the system drained properly, did notice the unit has no filter.
Completed thermostat change from ecobee thermostat to standard thermostat because the ecobee thermostat give many issues. This was installed in Weston on a Goodman AC system.
