We had a precision service done on our heater, our technician Braxton who is also the owner of the company was very kind to my children as they were curiously asking him questions throughout the job. During the service there was a part that was accidentally broken during the tuneup, he offered to return later this evening to correct the issue at no extra cost. I love companies that stand for what they did wrong and make it right! Thank you for’s response and we will be using you every year from now on

We had 1st response out and their owner came out to help his team take care of us immediately on a Saturday. He brought clean tools and started right away to find the problem. He showed me everything that was broken and need to be fixed. The great thing about his explaination is he gave me priorities of what can be done now and what can wait until a latter time. No upsell to buy a new furnace and he was more than honest espeially when I tested him about my furnace needing to be replaced. I had one other company out and they didn't show me anything, they refused to repair or show me what needed to be repaired. I decided to call another company for a second opinion. Im glad i called an expert and saved myself $3000. Great job from the owner means something to me, I know who to call in the future.

Annual Furnace Gas Tune Up Service Diagnostic And Repair
This Duval gas furnace was made by the one and only Rheem, although it’s been running strong for 16 years, the circuitboard had too much voltage at one point and created a brain dead situation. It’s a good thing first response heating had enough universal parts to successfully perform a brain transplant of the furnace and keep heat running for the rest of the week and beyond
Even Koi clients need to be warm in the brisk weather! Good thing this furnace was properly serviced and the maintenance avoided a fishy situation with their igniter.
