Ryan found the source of a leak in our humidifier. He proposed several solutions and we decided on a low cost solution. The unit is only three years old and a complete replacement would be expensive. He recommended a higher quality product if future problems occur.

Last winter I had a new furnace installed and unfortunately there were issues from the start. After they came back three times to fix problems with the exhaust/intake and airflow, I thought all the problems were fixed. Then this summer one of their service guys told me there were still code issues with how the furnace was installed (even though he was just there to check on the A/C). After not hearing back from then for about a month, I called and asked if they could come and fix any remaining issues. I was completely blown away by what happened next. The owner of the company (Ken) showed up with 2 guys (Ryan and Dan) and they said that everything had to be redone. They spent over 12 hours at my house to make sure it was done right! I'm extremely happy that they care about their work and are willing to go above and beyond to service their customers. The new system they installed far exceeded my expectations. And because if this I'll continue to do business with them.
