Mike or might have been John (sorry not good with names); the worker who came out to work on the ac/heating unit on my house was stright forward and honest about tge pricibg. He explained the problems the unit was having to me in a way I could.understand, that in itself made me feel comfortable and not ignorant like some of the other workers for other services make me feel.
