Once again AC and Heat Solutions provided sterling professional. efficient and comprehensive service to repair issues being experienced with my upstairs AC unit. Sean did a brilliant job of quickly evaluating and diagnosing and solving my AC issue. He even contacted the original installer of my unit to get a part replaced under the original installation warranty! Thanks, folks, for the superb service. I have been using this Veteran owned A/C and Heating Solutions company for several years to both service and install equipment as needed. The ENTIRE team is HONEST, professional and customer oriented. They stand behind the services and equipment installations. When my unit was tested I was told the capacitor needed to be replaced. I told the tech he replaced it less than a year ago. He said it could be faulty or the unit could cause it to malfunction and he would replace it at no cost since it was still under warranty. My invoice does not show that it was replaced. I would prefer that you send Sean for my next appointment as I have had a good experience with him on previous visits. I am not sure I have confidence in the newer employee.

I performed air conditioning spring maintenance on an American Standard air conditioning system. I installed a new filter and checked the system for any potential issues. I also cleaned the condenser coils and checked the refrigerant levels.
I was dispatched to a residential home to repair a Goodman air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the system was not cooling the home effectively. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and recharged the system with refrigerant. The homeowner was pleased with the quick and efficient repair and expressed satisfaction with the AC and Heat Solutions company.

I recently completed a job repairing an American Standard heating and cooling system. The system was not working properly, and I diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and tested the system to ensure it was functioning correctly. The customer was very satisfied with the work, and I left the job site feeling accomplished.
I was dispatched to a customer's home to perform a heating service call on an American Standard gas furnace. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not producing heat. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty igniter and replaced it. After completing the repair, the customer was happy with the service and expressed satisfaction with the results.
