I though because I have a service contract with A+ that this type service should have been included, I Guess I will have to find out what the service actually gets me. Kevin, was very Knowledgeable of diagnostics, pin pointed the problem within minutes, and had it solved in a very short time.

It looks like your recent visit was for repair which is why you were charged a diagnostic fee, while the membership does not provide free diagnostics it does give you the discounted membership price for a diagnostic fee, and you receive an additional 20% off all equipment and repair. The membership does include two free Super Tune-ups (every 6months) which helps your system maintain efficiency, keeps it clean to prevent rusting and erosion, and a 21-point inspection to make sure it is properly functioning. The Silver Membership also includes, which I believe is the best advantage, priority service when something does go wrong with your unit.
