A+ sold and installed our unit over a year ago. We have had it serviced regularly by Jonathan. He's a great guy and considerate of our requests. Living on the beach is tough on outdoor heat pumps and he has always rinsed it off with cleaner as well checking on the rest of the unit. This time I asked him to see if he could modify the brackets holding the filter in place. He noticed that the brackets weren't installed properly. After we remedied the issue he decided that it could be better so he notified the manager and we anticipate they will out soon to correct the problem.
