I have not been to Holden Beach this year because of the Cov-19. The unit was installed last year and this is the first chance that I have had for a check-up. Kevin called me and was very professional in describing the condition of my unit after servicing . I have talked to several of your techs and they were all courteous and professional. I was not impressed with another company that I attempted to use at Holden and will not use them again. I do wish that you could or would put an extra coating on the "dryer can" in the outside refrigerant line. They seem to rust easily in the beach environment. This service should be at no cost because it is the first opportunity that I have had for service since install.
