Tyler arrived shortly before the two-hour window began and quickly assessed the problem. He noted that having seen the basis for the call prior to going out to his various stops today, he recognized what the problem would most likely be and therefore brought a replacement part with him.. He was correct regarding the defective part and quickly replaced it. He was very pleasant to deal with and most efficient in getting the job done.
