Performed prepaid maintenance on a 2013 Bryant heat pump split system for the smaller unit. The larger unit is a 2020 train heat pump split system. The new system is in perfect working order no action is needed. The 2013 is starting to show signs of corrosion. The filter dryer on the outdoor unit will need to be replaced soon, the evaporator coil is starting to corrode. This unit is working fine ,will include estimate to get the filter dryer replaced . Filter dryer is not leaking at this time . Please call the office if you would like to get this work done. Both systems are operating normally.
