Call back on a 2016 train heat pump split system. This is a fully communicating system. Found the EEV not responding went into the attic jumped aboard a few times to get it to open and close the valve is now operating. I think the stepper motor needs to be replaced once the motor is replaced then we can do a full inspection to make sure there are no other issues. Office will have to give price for the warranty step motor I will put a return for parts in.
