I’ve owned the house for two years, and this was your second routine check-up. Systems have works without issues since we moved in. Two days after the routine check-up I have water coming flowing out of the pan and soaking the carpet in nearby areas. Called you back and technician said he most likely caused the issue from his drainage tube attempt to “blow down” ??? The tech arrived promptly for the second visit and cleared the tube, and changed the micro/float switch which apparently had not been working. Thrilled with the speedy service, yet a bit concerned this all happened from a routine check.....
