Excellent experience. Even though it is three service visits to deal with the problem.... Lol...I appreciate the turnaround time on parts being ordered and how quick Sean was able to schedule the appointments. However I do hope some of these parts will be under warranty.

This was a followup plumbing service on a kitchen faucet that another plumber incorrectly installed. A Johnson's plumber "M" quickly identified the problem, discovered the primary issue, and resolved it. He was both professional and friendly, as well as a good teacher to an apprentice-student with him. He cleaned up the work area upon completion.

The plumber was punctual and friendly professional. The minor sink drain repair was apparently properly done. Despite a web site coupon discount on the service call, the cost of repair was surprisingly high. Before booking service, suggestion - get the cost of the service barring the unexpected.

This minor kitchen service was a plumbing trial in determining on-going company future servicing. The appointment was set up expeditiously and service was performed well, though only a temporary fix. A part had to be customer ordered under the customer purchased item being repaired warranty. When the part arrives, service part 2 will be necessary.
