Capacitor out of tolerance. Changed capacitor and crimped terminals with new ends. Unit was cooling.
System low on r22 Has leaking coil Compressor pulling above max amps Contactor is burnt due to compressor pulling high amps Drain was ran uphill causing water to leak into system and house Heat exchanger is really rusty and weak due to being 30yrs old and having water ran across it System needs replaced for the safety of the tenant Also changed filter and fixed drain
Bad 50/5 capacitor Dirty condenser Washed condenser and changed capacitor and system is cooling well Tenant says that she has lived here for 2yrs and filters have never been changed and one filter was really dirty and the other return has been running without a filter Coil is dirty and needs to be cleaned System is cooling but won’t keep up on hot days
Installed 35 ft. of line set: 3/4 and 3/ with 3/4 armor flex 15 ft 3/8 armor flex. Installation of liquid line filter dryer and 40 ft of 18/2 thermostat wire. Charged unit with 5.5 lbs of R-22.
There is air coming from every vent in home
Customer complaining that running the ac and heater is not worth the $300+ bills that they have to pay to not even get hot or cool Hardly no airflow in house because of how the duct work is ran To fix problem we will need to install a new ductboard plenum on the system and run a 14†duct to the middle of home and re run duct work to that plenum to allow better air flow. None of the duct work is strapped and there are wye that are ran backwards Also the heater exhaust vent has been venting into the home it has nothin going out the roof, it is not safe to run this heater
Customer stated that they had a power outage and that’s when system stopped working Customer stated that she has been using a stick to start up condenser fan motor There was no panel door on condenser when I arrived Condenser was dirty so I washed 45/5 capacitor was reading 0/0, changed capacitor and system started cooling

A customer calls with no heat in their home. It’s too cold to not be warm. We rushed out here to get them taken care of.
