Customer called with complaint of heater not working. We previously had been to the helmet two months ago and found no issues when heater was doing the same thing. No service call charge your dispatch charge on this trip due to previous call with no symptoms found. On this call found that the gas valve is not opening in allowing gas to flow to the burner. Gas valve was getting voltage but would not open. Replaced gas valve with OEM part. Checked for gas leak with combustible gas detector and found no presence of gas. Checked with leak detection liquid and found no gas leak present. Heater is working correctly with no other issues found.
