New furnace, coil, condenser, and thermostat comes with 10yr parts and 10yr labor warranty Move condenser pad over to the north to get out in front of the disconnect box but don’t cover up drain in the ground
Compressor and fan motor are both running at max amps after a cold start from not running all day and being in the shade Customer elected to buy a new unit
Upon arrival customer stated that he needed a new thermostat because his thermostat was not working properly or giving accurate temperature Thermostat is working properly the System is not working... system has bad capacitor 35uf reading 8.5 I installed new capacitor and compressor would not start Bad compressor System data plate is unreadable
35uf capacitor is running at 28.2 out of tolerance System low on r22 causing temps to run higher than normal Got hit marks in coil for leak but nothing 100%... I’m willing to bet the leak is in the coil but I can’t get to the back side of the coil to check After using soap and bubbles I found a leak in the coil and took picture According to iManifold test the system is working at 42.3% System needs new coil, new capacitor Changed filter and blew out main drain
