Found that condenser was really dirty so I washed the condenser After washing I realized that system was overcharged quite a bit I recovered refrigeration until the charge was right as seen in picture 76 return 58 supply 18 temp difference Also I slowed the blower speed because too much air was going across coil not allowing coil to get cool enough to work efficiently System is cooling the best it can House is 3200sf and has a 2 1/2ton on one side which is the system that always has the issues and a 3ton on the other side which never has issues... 2 1/2ton is too small

Condenser coil was clogged causing compressor to trip high amp alert and shutting system down, I washed condenser and system is cooling Filters are clogged also, I alerted customer and she said she would have her husband change them System is on and cooling well

AC not cooling. Found water in drain pan in attic. Found leak at fitting on coil. Tightened connection on fitting and found no Freon leak. Unit had been freezing up, due to low level of Freon.

AC not running efficiently. Tested system and it was running at 67% capacity. After airflow adjustments, Freon charge adjustment, filter change, and cleaning of unit system was running at 99% capacity according to iManifold system.

Customer concerned about air flow noise from unit. Determined airflow was correct, but unit was missing filter box for unit. Installation of filter grill needed.

AC not cooling. Found bad capacitors on unit. Replaced both fan and compressor capacitor. Unit running with high amperage. Unit will likely need to be replaced in the next year or so due to the high amp draws.
