Completed maintenance inspection, compressor is has hi cranking amps on start up ,69 rated at 90. System life expectancy is about 12 to 15 years and it's 20yrs. Old. Also drains lines/ run capacitor is good, refrigerant levels/ superheat is 18. Recommend adding start assist which is $318.95 or replacing system, Homeowner declined at this time.
