Perform system maintenance checked heat strips amp draws changed customer supplied filter on downstairs unit tighten connections and tested temperature rise made sure drains were clear customer stated new unit wasn’t heating as old was found air leakage on plenum sealed it made sure both heat strips are working both systems heating properly at this moment
