No cool. Found condenser not running. Found a burnt common wire on the contactor and capacitor. Removed and replaced with a new wire. Upon start up the compressor was running but hissing through the bypass. Which means it was overcharged. Had to reclaim around 2 pounds of R22. Compressor still has semi high amp draw. Washed condenser coil to help the fan and compressor. System is cooling properly at this time.
