We purchased our HVACS from AC Pros several years ago and have continued with their twice a year maintenance program. Joel has been coming to our home for quite awhile. He is very polite and friendly. Joel will also take the time to answer questions and educate us. He always gives us a heads up before he comes over and never rushes while he is at our home. We are lucky to have a great technician and that Joel is the only one AC Pros sends to our home for maintenance and service calls as well. Couldn't be happier!
