2 system Maintenance on trane units. Both condensers checked along with compressor Amps, fan amps, capacitors and hard starts. Both condensers were rinsed and pressures for units its will be attached to invoice. Both furnaces were checked, filters checked, blowers checked and the only issue found was with the drain lines.  Drains cover replacement and come with am ez trap. Can confirm ac is running at this time on all units.Â
