No cool single system heat pump. When I arrived Mrs. Kirby explained that the air coming out of the vents was hotter than outside. Went to outdoor unit and checked run capacitor, contactor everything seem to be in order. Turned on thermostat to cool and system was actually in the heating mode. I’m sure why but I reprogram to a heat pump. System came on and operating properly at this time. Tstat is probably going bad. Need to order new 624 and call to schedule date to return
