2 system Maintenance on trane units. Both condensers checked along with compressor Amps, fan amps, capacitors and hard starts. Capacitor on upstairs was low and replaced with turbo cap. Airflow was also adjusted and turned down on both units. Both condensers were rinsed and pressures for units its will be attached to invoice. Both furnaces were checked, filters checked, blowers checked and the only issue found was with the drain lines. I highly recommend fixing the drains since upstairs system is lacking flood prevention to shut off unit if it does back up. Drains cover replacement and come with am ez trap. Can confirm ac is running at this time on all units.Â
