AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Treated drain lines with vinegar and hot water. Tightened all wire connections. Both systems have a good temperature difference. Checked outdoor units. I had to let the heater run in order to have some heat to remove from the home. When I arrived it was 44°. Changed out both capacitors. Both were below recommended specifications. Washed both condenser coil‘s. Systems are operating at manufacture specs at this time. Helen and I discussed the issues of dust infiltration in her home. None of the sheet rock penetrations, Canlite‘s or boots in the ceiling are not sealed. I will get a quote and email it back.
