AC performance tuneup times two systems. Verified primary drains are clear at this time. Filters are needing to be changed at this time. Both systems are 20×25x4. Check thermostats for proper operations. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Check outdoor units. Upstairs unit is in need of repairs. Needs new run capacitor and electrical issues taken care of inside the electrical panel. Jim to give quote for new system upstairs. Washed condenser coil‘s. Checked capacitors and contactors on downstairs unit. Replaced 35 µF run capacitor on downstairs unit. Downstairs is cooling properly at this time.
