Sold a 3 ton York s/c split system. We need it installed Monday. I attempted to finance through sync but got a 888 number to call and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We need to reach out to them and find out if they can finance the customer. If not she is willing to pay cash and the price is $5595 instead of $5795. The customer wants a call Monday at 8 am to let her know the status and if she needs to go get cash from the bank. The customer gave me a $100 deposit as well.
