Performed AC maintenance, system operating normally mechanically. Found biological growth in air handler. Sprayed and treated growth with bio side, removed all surface build up and recommended installing UV light. Cleared drain line and treated with drain solve. Flushed with a gallon of water as well. Added new fitting onto drain line outside complementary, drain line was running into the dirt causing drain line to back up. Thank you
